I wanted to update my earlier complaint and tell everyone that they need to file a complaint with the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx They are a partnership between the FBI, National White Collar Crime Center and Bureau of Justice Assistance. Since I was already notified by the BBB that law enforcement was looking into this company, the more of us who file, the better it will be! read full review »

I ordered wallpaper from USA Wallpaper in May 2009. Received several emails claiming my order was on "backorder". After six weeks of this run around, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund of my $91. I was told that it would take 30 days, or one billing cycle. After 30 days and still no refund I called repeatedly and was told they would forward my complaint on to their "accounting" office. Still no response. I filed a complaint with the Ohio BBB.
