Airtel is great except their customer service sucks. They sound really nice while talking for minor issues such as forgot password but as soon you have a big issue they will suck life out of you and forget about the help. I lost $20 due to several calls showed up in my bill made from a number which does not exist ( if you dial the number it say this number does not exist.) and interestingly they say that is my number and I have made the calls.
