On the 29th of Sept. 09 I received from ETA 911.com a Frank Muller Casablanca Date Chronograph, Asian Valjoux 7750 costing US $ 430.00. - which I paid. Unfortunately, the watch does not function at all. I contacted the required [email protected] and received no answer. I called their customer support 1-866-599-6470 and was told that their box was filled and could receive my call.
