Programs like this run by the companies that create them still make money whether you decide to use the product or not. It should be stated in text of their ad that the initial processing cost is non-refundable. This may cause consumers to think twice before they go any further. If a million people discover this "fact" when it's too late, ( as I did), this scam has amassed $2, 000, 000.00 because of their deceit. This should be against the law and prosecutoral.
