I have filed two complaints with the OCC and BBB and Attorney general office along with thousands of other borrowers. Just a brief history of the tacit and games that saxon mortgage is trying to pull with many of their borrowers and me . Saxon mortgage took my Hamp application on May 1, 2009, I called back on June 1, 2009. The Saxon rep. told me that their was not a hamp application on file for me, and that i needed to start over again.
