Horizon Card Services is a Fraud and dishonest about its services I was charged $29, 95 on 10-3-09 and I would like my money back I would rather pay for a real credit card that I could use anywhere then being charged $29, 95 for a on line card. So please refund my money back and you won't hear from me again. read full review »
