I have been told that my Bally's membership is being revoked/cancelled because a member has told the staff that a family member is using my member ship that I have had for 16 years. This was never brought to my attention in writing or in any other form. I have lost several cards and know that they are still valid. Because another member and I don't see eye to eye they told staff that members of the family are using my membership. The staff has never asked myself for any type of ID when attending the facility.
