In 2003 I joined gold's gym on a trial basis. At the time I owned a large company and my bills were paid by a controller of my company. In 2004 I sold my company and took over my own bill paying in late 2004. At that time I noticed a charge on my credit card from golds gym. I called golds gym they said I must cancel by letter or in person. I cancelled it by letter in dec 2004. They still did not remove the automatic credit card debit.
