For a breach of contract case, and what I think smells of bad faith, I persued and won two judgements against this company for the refund, plus expenses. In each small claims round, this company has ignored the court rulings and are currently held in contempt of court. Despite an active Capias which I might yet exercise, company continues to refuse to do the right thing and pay / close their court order, under $450; yet they aggressively advertise their million dollar expansions throughout the media.
