My complaint with this store is that the management is not concerned about the consumer. I have dealt with Blinds to go for approximately 10 years and never encountered a problem until approximately 3 months ago, the first date being March 21, 2009. I ordered verical blinds for my living room adn please note that is where I ordered by original blinds for my living rooms(windows do not grow).
