On May of 2006 I hired Valley Management to legalize my 2 family dwellings to a 3 family dwelling. They asked for a 7000.00 retainer fee to get the process going and it is now 2 years latter and nothing has been done. I tried to contact the Tulley Camino the owner of the company and I get no response back nor does he keep his appointments. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affair as well as the BBB. I know of another customer of his that he has taken them for a ride as well. I strongly believe that this company is notorious for taking consumer money. read full review »
