0% interest for 12 months, 24 months later the job is still incomplete. Guess who's paying the interest rate? Being charged unfair interest rate for a job that was not properly installed. It took 2 years for the job to be rectified and completed. I was told the interest rate would be postponed for another year but the interest rate continues to be accrued.
