Back in April of 2007 we signed with ProTech Construction out of Bricktown, NJ. We gave him $8, 100.00 deposit. Within a week we paid for permits to open the street for a new driveway, paid for the mason and some other costs that were to be covered under our contract. It seemed he never had his checkbook with him. We were promised a completion date of Labor Day or before.
