Previous to retirement from Sears, my plumber told me to get a new boiler for heat and hot water. My boiler had been a nightmare of blow ups and shut downs and was only about 5 years old when all these problems started. The company that sold it to my previous plumber had gone out of business, so repairs were next to impossible.
