I am actually writing this on behalf of my new fiance who had a horrible experience purchasing a ring at the jewelry factory/exchange. He had gone there after seeing commercials stating high quality and low factory direct prices. Like most men, it was the first piece of jewelry he was buying and he didn't know much about the process. He picked out the stone and ring setting, and paid in full.
