Our room rate was quoted at $71 per night when we were charged $79.00 per night upon departure. The manager Kerry refused to adjust the bill. Upon further research we found out that the person who booked our room was fired the week before for not giving customers the correct room rates. Instead of adjusting the room rate to make good on the fired persons quote the manager ignored our complaint. Manager knew about the reservation clerk being fired and didn't acknowledge that fact to us. Very deceitful. read full review »
