I checked into the Howard Johnson Inn in Harrisburg, PA with my wife, daughter and two of her friends. I had reserved TWO rooms at the Hotel and requested NON-smoking rooms. The desk clerk did not speak or understand the English language. I was given the ONLY TWO smoking rooms in the HOTEL. Upon opening the doors the smell was overpowering! I went to the front desk and explained the situation that the rooms smelled of smoke, no RESPONSE!
