I applied for a charge card at J.C.Penny and was denied.I wnent home and check my credit and do not show a J.C.Penny inquire.About a week later I get the denied letter in the mail and it stated they pull my credit from Number1creditbureau.I call J.C.Penny credit department and they told me they pull credit reports random.I am waiting for Number1creditbureau to send me my report.It look like no one know who the lenders subscribe to anymore to pull consumer credit. read full review »
