Many times within center, you are told something about positions, teams or potential employment. Company does not stick with the information that they give you. They move you around after giving you a position without notice or a reason that makes sense on change. HR does not respond to complaints on discrimination or unfair treatment. You are advised that you have to adjust to change??? Can't count on HR to back you up. Seems to be a buddy system and a tight knit group. Have been in unions and have had structure and backup when things are handled inappropriatley. This Company needs the Union. read full review »
