My husband and I have been with Capital One while it was still Hibernia Bank. It has become the most wretched bank we have had the misfortune of dealing with. Our checks go in as direct deposit every month and has for the past "umpteen" years. Recently our account went down to $0.00 and because we were NOT overdrawn they shut down our account without any notification to us whatsoever.
