Placed an order with this company 4 weeks ago. Initially a time frame of 2 weeks was provided for order completion. I've politely asked when the order will be completed and repeatedly get a different reason why the order has not been started. They also refuse to refund the money although no services whatsoever have been provided. As of the past week they stopped responding to emails.
