I needed a mower part shipped to Japan. Their site suggests they ship to Japan so I placed the order. About a week later I got an email saying "sorry we don't ship to Japan", and at the end of the month I found out they had debited my card immediately when I placed the order. Since then (1 month ago) I have mailed repeatedly with no response. They are either crooks or totally incompetent - either way, they have no respect for customers.
