I paid them the money to run background check on my self but wanted more money, looking closely discovered that the service is going to be a monthly subscription (which was not stated when I paid them the money). I stopped and declined to pay them any more money. I asked them to return my money but they send me a "canned" response to my request. I replied them back asking to return my money and waiting fo their response. Can anyone give me any tip as to what can I do other than complaining to FTC, BBB and Kansas Attorney General?
