I was enticed to try this product from an endorsement from Oprah Winfrey. Hopefully she realizing that this company only takes your money again and again without authorization. I still haven't figured out how another company "Fit Factory" can also get into the act. I have contacted both companies and have received credits on my credit card. There is still one more charge (there was a total of 4 charges one was for the initial charge for shipping of $4.95) that I am attempting to resolve.
