I bought a Kirby from a door to door salesperson after I had just moved in to my new house...what a disaster...the thing didnt work and the paperwork I was given did not have any info on how to get it fixed thru the warranty...I later found out the person had not left the warranty info or any paperwork pertaining to the kirby itself, how to work it, the dvd that was supposed to come with it and other paperwork. Nationstar Mortgage

My mother passed away exactly 4 wks after I moved into my new house, so I had to take over her bills as well as keep on top of my own. I explained to Nationstar that because I had to go thru the probate court system I would have to make payments in 3 month increments.The court staed I could not sell anything rent it out only fix it up..no problem they said. Well it was a problem. calls, harassment and beligerent reps screaming asking for my dead mother and saying things such as she had better call us or we will take her house...yeah right... read full review »
