Bought a pair of rimless glasses from them. Only wore them once or twice a week for 9 months and the arm fell off. All i wanted them to do was loosen the screws and put the arm back on. They said they couldn't do it and that their guarantee was ony for SEVEN DAYS!!! Then they hung up when I started to complain!! I will NEVER buy from them again!!! read full review »
