"Ron" of Davis and Son Painting and Powerwashing offers painting services without registration as a home improvement contractor. In August of 2009 Ron Davis submitted an estimate for a painting job at our residence. The project began without a contract and without proof of insurance. "Ron" accepted a down payment of 50% of the agreed upon sum. The work performed was unacceptable and required repair.
