Smoking Everywhere is getting away with this because no one has taken legal action. Class Action suits DO work. I work for Costco and have seen the results of class action suits against them. The results have been a major change of policy and employees being reimbursed. Smoking Everywhere is screwing people out of their hard earned money...people who are just trying to better themselves.
