I purchased a projector and extended maintenance agreement which City Assure managed. My projector broke down and I called, they sent a tag/box to mail the projector off to be reviewed. It was deemed unrepairable. City Assure then spent between 8 and 10 business days trying to determine a replacement projector. I called for status and was told they could not find a replacement projector and were offering my money back ($999).
