We used our debit card to buy a lamp from them. A month later after it didn't arrive we tried calling. No answer. We have never gotten anybody on the phone. We have emailed them numerous times with no response. Finally, we called our bank and reported fraud against them. Our bank reversed the charges, and told us not to be surprised if we now receive the product. Sure enough, about three weeks after charges were reversed we received our product.
