This retailer is terrible and scores a complete ZERO on customer service; they do not get what it means to be in a customer facing industry. My item arrived 13 days after I placed the order (on a thursday). I called first thing Monday to return some of the items and they said it was past the 14 day window. Even though I received the items only three days prior. They will only give store credit and you have to pay return shipping.
