Diet Offer Store subtracted an unauthorized amount from my account. I called immediately and was issued a confirmation number for my refund. I was told a refund would be drafted back to my account within 5 working days. That was on 12/8/08. As of today 1/16/09 I have not received my refund. Each time I call the customer service line, the agent tells me they are having computer issues and hangs up on me. I had been calling every day for 2 weeks.
