Charged my DEBIT card for a warranty on a house I didn't own. I made 5 phone calls which where never returned. When I finally got someone to answer they said the credit would be processed. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have $280 missing from my bank account. Called again and someone told me they only process credits every couple weeks and I should be patient. I doubt I will ever see the $ again. I talked to my bank, but they said since the company promissed to refund it they will not take action for 45 days. read full review »
