My husband and I purchased a mattress and boxspring set from The Dump in 2005. The set came with a full 20 year warranty. In 2007 we began to experience problems with the mattress. We filed a claim in 2007 theu Haynes Furniture which handled all of the claims and after 6 months we were told that The Dump now handled all of their claims so we would need to re-file our claim.
