I applied for a grant on June 27, 2009. I was charged $1150.00 for Grant Writers Institute to research and locate a grant for $40, 000.00 to be used to do house repirs and upgrades. Some of these repairs have been done waiting for these funds.I called Wealth Power Systems on 2 occasions and was told the first time to "watch the mail" and the second time they took my phone number and told me "someone would get back to me".
