After being mislead for many years and pleading for this company to answer how and why this happened, due to being ignored I was forced to file a complaint with Consumer Services Florida in June 2009. Estefan Enterprises General Counsel claims that they never received the initial complaint even though consumer service emailed a copy as well as sending one via registered mail.
