On 10-05-09 @ 12:20pm I took the Q22 bus at B 67st in far rockaway with my baby, BUS # 3547 DRIVER # 31660. I have the baby in my hand, his stroller and his bag. I step up in the bus lean the stroller to the railing where I can lean on it to pay my fair, the driver took off same time with me standing their tring to pay and the baby in my hand, the card drop out the stot and he would not even stop the bus for me to take the card up.
