Unauthorized removal of funds from debit card. 352.47 dollars in two weeks time. Called 1-866-949-0138 and was told the money would be put back into my acct. in seven to ten days and that I could expect email confirmation within two days. Never happened. Called again and was told that they could not return the money but that they would accelerate my complaint with their refunds department.
