I was sent a check from Shadow Shoppers and was told to deposit the check into my account. It was explained that I should send the money to a friend using MoneyGram and give Shadow Shoppers the control number. But the check was fake and bounced. My account was overdrawn by about $3, 800. I called MoneyGram and was informed that there was nothing they can do. I would have to sue them and supeona there records.
