Do not use this company for anything, no loans and especially the loan modification program. I was always on time with my payments and had great reasons to want a lower monthly mortgage bill, I inquired and they sold the loan mod program to me. They told me I was on a trial basis and my payments went from 1319.00 a month to 758.64 a month. They told me to send my escrow shortage of 309.00 which i did.
