I booked a flight to Amsterdam for my boyfriend to visit his son as a surprise . He travels over and back on a regular basis as he visits his son every 6 to 8 weeks. I had to cancel this flight for personal unforeseen circumstances. I was very annoyed to find that I only get €34 of my €94 I was charged... even though I rang to cancel within 24hrs.. Aerlingus have yet again changed their policy in their favor with a €20 each way cancellation fee. I think these charges shouldn't be allowed. I understand they need to have a... read full review »
