This company is a scam!!. They completed flawed and faulty refrigerator repairs on our home 3 weeks ago and now they refuse to honor their 90 day labor warranty. Their answering service man is extremely rude on the phone and their (seemingly) only tech guy (Carlos) is very nasty and unprofessional. They were reported to other consumer advocate agencies where I found numerous similar complaints about them. I wish I had resesarched them before hiring them to perform services in our home.. I highly recommend that you do not trust this company to come to your home. They will indeed rip you off while providing horrible service. read full review »
