Purchased insurance online with Swinton via the MCN website (cost £65)then had to wait 2 weeks for documents to turn up. Upon receipt of the documents I noticed they had my 1996 Honda as a 1979, and got my name wrong ! Rang them up to correct the errors only to be told its going to cost you more to correct their mistakes. At first it was £45 to update the details or £50 to cancel .After a second phone call its £33 to update or 50 to cancel.
