We bought a washer and a dryer from Sears and the salesman set up the rebate and we were promised it would be in the mail within (6) six weeks. The rebate never arrived. We wrote the rebate department and they said we had gotten the $75.00 rebate. So we wnet to Sears and they said they took care of the problem and that we would get our rebate check in (3) three weeks. We just got an e-mail stating that they would not give us our rebate.
