To Whom It May Concern: I have been shopping at both Sears & K-Mart for over 30 yrs. The Merrillville K-Mart Store is somewhere I frequently go, & find the store itself, neat, orderly & with above average products. However, while I realize that all of retail is having it's problems, this store has steadily slid down a steep slope, & I cannot understand how it can continue like it is, & remain in business.
