I too have fallen victim to "Negative Option Transactions". I stupidly ordered this product, not reading the fine print. I received the product while I had company and did nothing with it. I was shocked to find a charge of $79.95 on my account. I immediately began calling every phone number I could find related to this product. The numbers were either not in service, or constantly busy. I called my bank and because it is a "Negative Option Transaction" I need to contact the company to cancel first. Thus the Catch 22.
