I recently purchased a defective ink cartridge from Wallmart and after trying to exchange the cartridge, I was told to call HP. I have been on the phone for about one hour now, checking, documenting and securing all the necessary information for a simple exchange! I explained to someone on the other side of the world that my machine was fine, it's just the cartridge, but no, that wasn't enough.
