I am making a formal complaint about your furniture. We were told at Value City Furniture that you stood behind your furniture and how good it is. It will last for a lifetime which is not happening. We bought a kitchen table and chairs and now 2 years later all of the chairs are falling apart. The parts of the chairs are breaking off and we paid good money for this set of furniture.
