Sent defective merchandise on Dec 30, 2008 and refuses to honor replacement and now refund of monies of "Shadow Box Frame from the Hanover Collection by Alex Navarre". Four emails sent to Gift Warehouse, two were replied to stating they would honor my request in 1-2 days. Nothing has been done. GW even called me and promised twice to act on my request the next day. As of this posting, Jan 16, 2009, NOTHING has been done by GW; No RMA, no return shipping label, nothing. GW has ignored my last two emails too. This is deceptive and dishonest business practices and you have been forewarned to stay away and take your business elsewhere! read full review »
