We had our wedding last July 5, 2008. From our contract, Raymond Baeza was supposed to deliver our video by Nov. 5, 2008. However, I am trying to contact him and I have not heard back from him yet. He is not responding to my emails and his phone is "temporarily out of service" Please help me reach this person. I also want to file a police report for this. read full review »
